Musculoskeletal physiotherapy at home

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy includes rehabilitation for trauma, injuries, chronic conditions and post-operative states affecting the muscles, ligaments, bones and joints. We help you regain your mobility, in particular in the following cases:

Chronic pain: back pain, spinal pain, herniated discs, sciatica, osteoarthritis (shoulder, hip, knee).

Arthroplasty: rehabilitation following total knee replacement (TKR), hip replacement (THR) or shoulder replacement (TSR).

Trauma and injuries: muscle, tendon and ligament damage, sprains, tears, ruptures, fractures.

Post-arthroscopy treatment: cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACL, PCL), ankle and shoulder rehabilitation (rotator cuff).

Geriatric physiotherapy at home

Geriatric physiotherapy focuses on improving quality of life, safety and maintaining the greatest possible independence for elderly people in their home environment. Our care includes:

Maintaining and improving general physical condition through muscle-strengthening exercises.

Gait and balance training, including learning to climb and descend stairs safely.

Learning and training in the correct use of assistive and orthopaedic equipment (e.g. forearm crutches, walking frame, rollator).
